I managed to qual 5th only 3/100 after F. Gehammar (FEGE) which I thougt was great!
After the green lights I did some careful driving and fell back to 7th, where me TPC MIKÉ and [HEYMAN] Peternorth ended up in a close race some couple of laps, Miké passed me and then i pushed him constantly but made a mistake while trying to pass after the oval - i missed the right turn entry, Miké came from the outside and didn't miss the entry smile resulting both of us finding an off-track moment, and Peter North could pass us. Eventually i passed them and it was time for my pit at lap 11.
When i was in pitlane I passed Battle, pitted and went out again and Battle was still pitting.
I looked at my position and saw that I was 4th, driving at lap 13 with FEGE 6.5 seconds behind. That was when I thought - no problem, he can't take in that gap...and spun after the long right hander after the oval!! (touched the grass a bit too much)
I could continue but every left turn was a close ur eyes and hope moment smile - got unlucky after the oval and hit the end of the "corner" stone and went off the track....came out as 11th with a [HEYMAN] and TPC Björklund right ahead of me. The Heyman dude spun out in the last corner and Björklund took a wide turn going downhill, so I managed to pass him earning a 9th place that I kept for the rest of the race.
